Why We Built This Site
Missouri makes much public court information available, but custody still matters. The Stoddard County Circuit Clerk keeps the local state-court record, Missouri Case.net is the public search layer, and city municipal clerks can handle the first local counter for ordinance matters. The 35th Judicial Circuit also has civil, criminal, family, probate, juvenile, traffic, and associate-circuit divisions with different record limits. The purpose here is to identify those official paths clearly.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: how criminal court dockets and civil court dockets are searched and read in Stoddard County
- Court dates and settings: how to read the court schedule and confirm a hearing date or setting
- Case lookups: how to run a docket search by party name or case number through the statewide portal
- Record requests: how court case records and certified copies are requested from the Circuit Clerk
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. It has no connection to a Missouri court, clerk, or state agency. Important limits include:
- We cannot pull an official docket sheet or case file for anyone
- We cannot change, reschedule, or reset a court date or hearing setting
- We cannot remove, seal, or amend a case on any docket
- We cannot issue certified copies of any docket, order, or court document
- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or setting listed on this site is current right now
Only the clerk of court or the trial court that heard the case can issue an official or certified copy of a docket sheet or court record. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
Search Partners
Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results.
